At this time of year over 66% of Americans will display the American flag and over $3.6 million are spent on flags. Here are a few tips for how to treat the flag as you hang it proudly at your business or home. 1. Displaying The flag should be lighted at all times, either by sunlight or an appropriate light source. The American flag also must be displayed higher than any other flags it may be displayed with. 2. Keep it in Good Repair You should keep your flag cleaned and mended when necessary.
